Ultralyd, kardiologi 2. Ultralyd, gynekologi og obstetrikk 3. Ultralyd, radiologi 4. Ultralyd, øye 5. Ultralyd, håndholdt 6. Ultralyd, generell Oppdragsgiver gjør oppmerksom på at leverandørene må søke på hver kategori som det ønskes opptak til, dvs. at tilbydere må sende søknadsbrev til hver kategori.Nye leverandører kan fortløpende kvalifisere seg til å delta i ordningen.
