Indre Østfold kommune skal etablere en dynamisk innkjøpsordning for juridiske tjenester til kommunen. Ordningen er ikke delt inn i grupper eller kategorier. Den enkelte konkurranse vil inneholde informasjon om hva slags tjenester som skal leveres, og leverandører må selv vurdere om de kan oppfylle kravene i anskaffelsen på en slik måte at de kan gi tilbud. Oppdragsgiver vil ha behov for juridisk rådgivning og bistand til forhandlinger og/eller prosedyre Se kvalifikasjonsgrunnlaget pkt. 1.2.1 for mer informasjon.
