Havforskningsinstituttet (Oppdragsgiver) ønsker å leie fartøy, som base for prøvetaking på fiskemottak på strekningen Helgeland – Varanger. Omfanget vil være ca 150 -180 døgn per år, etter en fastlagt toktplan, i perioden januar 2027 til desember 2028, med oppdragsgivers opsjon på å forlenge avtalen med to år (januar 2029 til desember 2030). Fartøyet vil fungere som transportmiddel, losji og arbeidssted for denne aktiviteten.
