Cos'è In attuazione dell'Azione 1.1.5 del PR FESR Toscana 2021-2027, la Regione Toscana intende sostenere la costituzione di nuove imprese innovative e consolidare le imprese di carattere innovativo già costituite. A chi si rivolge Sono soggetti destinatari: a) start up innovative ai sensi dell'art. 25 del DL 179/2012, come riportato nell'allegato 1 al Bando, la cui costituzione è avvenuta nei trentasei mesi precedenti alla data di presentazione della domanda di finanziamento e iscritte presso l'apposita sezione del Registro Imprese presso la CCIAA territorialmente competente; b) persone fisiche che si impegnano a costituire l'impresa entro sei mesi dalla data di comunicazione di ammissione; la neo-impresa dovrà avere le caratteristiche previste dall'art. 25 del DL 179/2012 e dovrà iscriversi nell'apposita sezione del Registro Imprese presso la CCIAA territorialmente competente.
