Das Fraunhofer HHI schreibt die Beschaffung eines hochdurchsatzfähigen, kontaktlos arbeitenden Mikrodispensiersystems zur präzisen Applikation kleinster Flüssigkeitsvolumina auf planare Substrate, insbesondere photonisch integrierte Sensorchips und Sensorarrays, aus. Das System soll für die Entwicklung, Optimierung und reproduzierbare Durchführung von Biofunktionalisierungsprozessen auf SiN/SiO₂-basierten photonisch integrierten Sensorchips eingesetzt werden. Hierbei sollen kleinste Flüssigkeitsvolumina ortsgenau im unteren Mikrometerbereich auf definierte aktive Sensorbereiche bzw. Sensorarrays appliziert werden. Die konkrete Oberflächenchemie und Assay-Strategie befinden sich noch in Entwicklung. Das Mikrodispensiersystem muss daher für flexible Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse mit wechselnden Reagenzien, Spotting-Layouts und Substratgeometrien geeignet sein. Ziel ist es, verschiedene Reagenzien, Funktionalisierungsstrategien und Spotting-Prozesse reproduzierbar auf einzelnen
