Benötigt wird ein hochauflösendes digitales Mikroskopiesystem zur optischen Untersuchung, Dokumentation, Vermessung und dreidimensionalen Analyse von Proben aus Forschung, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung am Fraunhofer IKTS-HD. Das System soll in Laborräumen als eigenständiges Analysegerät eingesetzt werden und eine reproduzierbare, bedienerunabhängige Bildaufnahme über einen sehr großen Vergrößerungsbereich ermöglichen. Mit dem System sollen mindestens folgende Anwendungen realisiert werden können: • hochauflösende digitale Bildgebung einschließlich 4K-Livebilddarstellung, • softwaregestützter Objektivwechsel über einen sehr großen Vergrößerungsbereich, • Live-Tiefenschärfenerweiterung und 3D-Oberflächen-/Höhenprofilanalyse, • automatisierte 2D- und 3D-Panoramaaufnahmen mit motorisiertem XYZ-Probentisch, • normnahe Mess- und Analysefunktionen, insbesondere für Rauheit, Restschmutz und metallographische Analysen, • optionale spätere Erweiterbarkeit um eine integrierte Materialanalys
