Die rheinland-pfälzische Justiz trat mit Wirkung zum 01.12.2016 dem "eIP-Verbund" bei. Sie hat, mithilfe der Software "elektronisches Integrationsportal" (eIP) zum 01.01.2026 bei allen Gerichten im Land die elektronische Akte eingeführt. Die elektronische Akte wird stetig weiterentwickelt und es werden über Schnittstellen weitere Anwendungen und Fachverfahren angebunden. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung des LDI sind Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen für den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau und den Betrieb der vorgenannten eJustice-Umgebungen in Verbindung mit der Anbindung der entsprechenden Justiz-Fachverfahren sowie vergleichbare Einsatzgebiete innerhalb des Rechenzentrumsbetriebs des LDI.
