Der Auftragnehmer erstellt ein Programm von Workshops, entwickelt diese nach Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber weiter und führt die Worshops sodann durch. Der Auftrag ist in fünf Fachlose aufgeteilt, welche sich jeweils in den Themen der Workshops unterscheiden. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Anlage "Leistungsbeschreibung". Die Workshops zu Organisationsentwicklung vermitteln den Teilnehmer:innen auf der Basis von organisationssoziologischen sowie systemischen Ansätzen ein vertieftes Verständnis für Hochschulen als Organisationen.
