Der Auftragnehmer erstellt ein Programm von Workshops, entwickelt diese nach Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber weiter und führt die Worshops sodann durch. Der Auftrag ist in fünf Fachlose aufgeteilt, welche sich jeweils in den Themen der Workshops unterscheiden. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Anlage "Leistungsbeschreibung". Die Workshopreihe zur Unterstützung der operativen Projektsteuerung umfasst thematisch vielfältige Einzelworkshops, die die Fähigkeiten zur Projektsteuerung und lateraler Führung verbessern.
