Gegenstand des Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe einer hochpräzisen Laserbearbeitungsanlage zur Mikromaterialbearbeitung einschließlich integrierter Ultrakurzpulslaser-(UKP)-Strahlquelle, Schulung des Bedienpersonals sowie vollständiger Systemdokumentation. Das System ermöglicht die hochpräzise Bearbeitung metallischer, keramischer, polymerer, glasbasierter, kristalliner und halbleitender Werkstoffe sowie von Faserverbundmaterialien im Mikro- und Submikrometerbereich, unter Einhaltung konstanter Bearbeitungsqualität und Wiederholgenauigkeit. Es wird für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte, industrielle Kooperationen sowie technologieorientierte Prozessentwicklungen eingesetzt. Das angebotene System muss als vollständig integrierte, betriebsbereite Gesamtanlage bereitgestellt werden. Alle für den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten, Nebenleistungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Einrichtungen sind Bestandt
