Für die Ausstattung des Reinraums des Instituts für Quantentechnologien wird ein spezifischer Maschinenpark zur Herstellung, Bearbeitung und Integration von Mikro und Nanosystemen und verwandten Quantentechnologien beschafft. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung wird eine Anlage für den Aufbau von miniaturisierten Quantenoptischen Systemen beschafft. Die Anlage dient zur additiven Fertigung von Mikro- und Nanostrukturen wie auch Mikrooptiken mittels Zwei-Photonen-Polymerisation. Durch die nichtlineare Absorption eines fokussierten Femtosekunden Lasers wird ein photosensitives Material lokal ausgehärtet, wodurch hochauflösende 3D-Strukturen wie auch mikrooptische Bauelemente entstehen. Die Anlagen dient vielfältigen Anwendung für die Herstellung von Mikrostrukturen, Veredelung von Oberflächen, Faserintegration von Photonisch integrierten Bauteilen, Herstellung von Photonik- und Mikrophotonikkomponenten zum Beispiel Gratings, Erstellung von Mikrolinsen und -arrays, Herstellung von Lensedfiber
