The person doing the work is paid €10 for this task — €30 per hour across an expected 20 minutes, including travel.
Use this when
The answer exists only in someone's head at a business, and their website does not say. Stock levels, whether a service is really offered, what a price actually includes.
Do not use this for
Anything you could establish from the web, or any call whose purpose is to sell, survey at scale, or pressure the person answering.

A tier is orderable only where measured response times support it — Barcelona currently caps at urgent. A quote for a city that cannot hit the tier is refused before it is sold, not quoted and then missed.
