Der Auftragnehmer erstellt ein Programm von Workshops, entwickelt diese nach Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber weiter und führt die Worshops sodann durch. Der Auftrag ist in fünf Fachlose aufgeteilt, welche sich jeweils in den Themen der Workshops unterscheiden. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Anlage "Leistungsbeschreibung". In den Workshops zu strategischer Projektkommunikation wird gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmer:innen eine hochschulinterne sowie -externe Kommunikationsstrategie erarbeitet, die zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Lehrprojekte beiträgt.
