Ziel dieses Beschaffungsvorhabens ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe eines Dual-Beam-FIB/REM-Systems (Focused Ion Beam / Rasterelektronenmikroskop) einschließlich analytischer Detektorsysteme, Schulung und vollständiger Systemdokumentation. Das System dient primär der präzisen Probenpräparation (u.a. TEM-Lamellen, APT-Spitzen, Querschnitte und Defektfreilegungen) und sekundär der hochauflösenden bildgebenden, chemischen und strukturellen Charakterisierung (SEM, EDX, STEM, EBSD) im selben System. Das Gerät wird als zentrale Präparations- und Analyseplattform für wissenschaftliche Forschungsprojekte eingesetzt. Typische Anwendungen umfassen u. a. Batterie- und Elektrodenmaterialien, Wasserstoffspeichermaterialien, katalytische Schichten, Metalle/Legierungen, keramische Werkstoffe, Halbleiter, Beschichtungen und Multilayer-Systeme. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf: - reproduzierbarer, möglichst automatisierter TEM-Lamellen- und APT-Präparat
