How it works
- Enter the flight and date. The flight number is the airline letters plus the number (for example, BA2490 or FR8021).
- We take you to its page. You will see whether it was delayed, cancelled or diverted, and the estimated compensation.
- Start the claim. If you qualify, we handle it. It is free and we only get paid if you win.
What compensation can I claim?
Under EU261, a delay of 3 hours or more on arrival at your destination, a cancellation announced at short notice, or a denied boarding due to overbooking can give a right to between €250 and €600, depending on the flight distance. Your nationality does not matter: what counts is the route and the airline.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find the flight number?
On your boarding pass, in the booking email or in the airline app. It is the two airline letters and the number (for example, BA2490).
What if my flight does not appear?
You can still claim. We take you to the form with the details you have already entered; you will just need to attach your boarding pass or booking as evidence.
Does it work for older flights?
Yes. The time limit to claim depends on the country and typically ranges from about 2 to 6 years. Enter the date and we will check.
