Most people never claim, because weeks later they cannot remember how late the flight actually was. Give us the flight number and date — we are already watching that flight — and if it arrives 3 hours or more late, or gets cancelled, we will email you what it could be worth.

How it works
- You tell us the flight. Number and date, nothing more — no booking reference, no name.
- You confirm by email. One link. Until you click it we do not watch anything, which is what stops anyone signing up someone else.
- We watch the arrival. We already poll around 50 European airports every 10 minutes, so this costs us nothing extra and you nothing at all.
- If it is claimable, we email you. Three hours late at your destination, or cancelled — with an estimate of what it is worth and a link to start the claim.
If the flight is fine, you never hear from us again. That is the whole feature.

What do you do with my email address?
We store it encrypted, use it to send you the confirmation and at most one alert about this one flight, and delete it about a month after the flight date. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it on.
Does it cost anything?
No. The alert is free and always will be — we already collect the flight data for the public boards. We only earn anything if you go on to make a claim and win it.
Can I watch a flight that is not in your database?
You can register it, but we can only alert you on flights that arrive at one of the roughly 50 European airports we track. If we never see the arrival, no alert is sent — and you can still check the flight and claim manually.
How do I stop the alerts?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. It deletes the alert and your address immediately — there is no account to close.
Will you tell me if the flight was only slightly late?
No. We only email at the point where EU261 compensation becomes payable — three hours or more at the final destination, or a cancellation. A 40-minute delay earns nothing, so telling you about it would just be noise.
